This rule means, to keep yourself safe don't give out info. like last names, birthdays, or addresses so no one can find you.

This rule means that any problems you have like people wanting to meet you or people saying things about you that you don't know,
always report it because when you do you are stopping things from getting any worse.
Rule 3: Know that what you say and do online is perminant so never say or do things that will embarrass you.
This rule means that you can and will be held responsible for things that you say/do online that are offensive to people .
